Pharmacy Weight Loss Gourock is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating from Gourock, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online weight management consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescription and over-the-counter weight loss treatments.

We reserve the right to decline any order or consultation where we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed. Eligibility for prescription treatment is determined solely by our registered prescriber or pharmacist.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) supplied through our pharmacy require a valid prescription issued by a registered UK prescriber. Our prescribers will review your consultation and medical history before issuing any prescription.
You must provide complete and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled and could pose a serious risk to your health. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at clinical discretion at any time.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without your consent.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway.
Your card will only be charged once your order has been reviewed and approved. If your order is declined on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen courier and location.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that your delivery address is secure. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription or pharmacy medicines for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
